Week 8: Sports Med

So this week was so cool because on top of still studying everything about the ankle we got to learn about asthma and everything related to that. I personally have exercise induced asthma so I already knew a lot, but I got to learn so many new things which was my favorite part. And then my favorite part of the week was of course in sim lab. Our sim this week was a combination of what we learned about asthma and then also applying suturing which we had learned a while ago. It was difficult to apply what we had learned because we were dealing with a manican but it was still really cool to physically do the things we were taught. I would say this was one of the hardest sim labs we've done this semester, but it definitely taught me so much!
